Our injection molding facility is centrally located in Elgin Illinois. Illinois is rapidly becoming the largest HUB in the United States because of its freight friendly location.
We mold plastic parts in a variety of materials. Our capabilities include, insert molding, over molding and clean room molding. We comply with standard acceptable GMP's and are ISO-9001:2000, ISO-14001:2004, TS 16949:2002 certified making us attractive to customers with automotive medical, pharmaceutical and food & beverage requirements.

110 employees operating 3 shifts 24 hours per day.

32 molding machines ranging from 44 to 700 ton - conventional horizontal, rotary & shuttle vertical

Molding more than 50 types of thermoplastic polymers "if it melts we mold it"

In house design and engineering staff versed in most solids platforms.

Moldflow analysis for optimum mold design

Eden250 high resolution 3D prototype printing system. Functional prototypes in 8 – 24 hours.
Assembly facility with hot stamping, pad printing, silk screening, labeling, vibration welding, ultrasonic welding, gluing, packaging and automated assembly operations.
